Standard Shipping: We are currently pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Destinations: We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally.

No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All taxes are included where applicable.
Order Processing (Handling Time)

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days.

Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their order within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase (Handling + Transit).

Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or due to international customs processing, which is outside of our direct control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your code.
Cancellations & Your Legal Rights

Statutory Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@cozevi.com. If the order has already been processed, you may return it following our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@cozevi.com with photos of the issue.

Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us.

Resolution: We will process a replacement or a full refund within 14 days of verifying the issue.
Important Delivery Notes

P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses to ensure secure delivery.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address. Cozevi is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
